Shipping & Return policy
How will I be informed about my order?
• You will receive an email notification or an SMS message (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia) with a registration number that will allow you to track the parcel.
• In case the parcel is not claimed within 30 days, it will be sent back to our fulfilment centre and a refund will not be issued.
• Lithuania: 2 to 4 days depending on the day of order and method of shipping Omniva & DPD parcels arrive within 1 to 2 days.
• Latvia and Estonia: 3 to 5 days depending on the day and method of order. Omniva & DPD parcels arrive within 2 to 3 days.
• Rest of continental Europe: 4 to 6 days depending on the day of order.
• Orders are fulfilled every day from Monday to Friday at 16:00 (4PM) GTM+3 Vilnius time.
We hope that you are satisfied with your BOHO SHOES purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied it is possible to return the product for a refund. Please note that the following conditions apply.
All returns must be made within 14 calendar days from when you received your order
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost
All returned products must be unused and in the original packaging

Shipping your return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please include your name, email address, shipping address, and order number with your returned product. Your return must include a filled out return form.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
